DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME! My dad passed away over a month ago and we donated his body to LifeScience. From the beginning the funeral home has been horrible to deal wth. From misquotes, to not sending the necessary paperwork it has been a nightmare. I, personally, have sent emails to the owners, manager, and funeral director and have gotten no response. The documents we needed were only recieved last week because the LifeScience owner had to drive from Las Vegas to Kingman to pick them up. This is after the funeral home said they mailed them twice. They have horrible customer service with no compassion for anyone who is grieving. When my mom inquired about having my father's body donated and what they knew about that, they told her to 'Google it'. You do not do that, and people that have been in this business for as long as they say they have should know that. Right now, my father has been waiting in Las Vegas to be cremated for THREE WEEKS. They would not send the necessary paperwork. After many calls and emails we still have yet to get a response from them. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Please DO NOT use this funeral home. I wanted to bring my husband back to Vegas and donate his body to science. They told me about a lady who paid $12,500 to move her husband. They also did discouraged donating his body. They went up on fees and told me they would charge me a removal fee if I removed him. I never called them to pick up my husband, the coroner did. All I needed was a permit to bring him back to Vegas and they knew this and I could have brought him home myself. Wish I had contacted the right people so that I could have brought him home. They even refused to give me his remains until my friend stepped in and helped me. I will never recommend this funeral home to anyone! Horrible experience and they have no compassion for those grieving. Very unprofessional!

This funeral home's service Is absolutely horrible and their cost is ridiculous. They are out to rip you off!!!! Please try elsewhere if you would like to be treated fair and somewhat of a caring aditude. I'd give this place zero star because that is what this Sutton Furneral Home deserves.

I am so grateful for the staff at Sutton's funeral home, My husband passed away on January 11th 2015. It has been a very difficult time for my son and I. I called to find out what needed to happen and about their costs. The first person I spoke to was a wonderful gentleman named Rocky. He was very knowledgeable about the process and exactly what needed to happen and how long each step would take. The price he quoted was far more reasonable than any other quotes I had received, even from nearby towns.
Rocky then went out of his way to expedite my husband's cremation because he knew that I could not stay in town very long, due to special circumstances. Rocky also helped us with faxing information to the military to acquire my husband's DD 214 And again went out of his way to take care of mailing that information to me when it came in.
Everyone that my son and I spoke to there were friendly, helpful, kind and truly compassionate. At first I was a little concerned about my son having to deal with some of these issues. But after meeting Rocky and the staff there at Sutton's funeral home, I was relieved. I knew that they would help my son walk through the steps that he needed to handle after I had to leave.
I had seen a poor review out here on Google but I know that mistakes and misunderstandings can happen. So I checked with several friends of mine who live in Kingman and had worked with Sutton's before. Everyone I spoke to told me how wonderful the staff was and that they would recommend them highly.
This is the first time that I have ever lost someone close to me. I am grateful for the continued support of the Sutton funeral home. They have been a blessing to me and to my son.Added September 27, 2016 by Rachel D.. L.. Smith - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
Thank you so much for giving me my jewelry supposedly filled with my mothers ashes only to learn that after driving 40 minutes home it was empty... As if my mothers passing wasn't hard enough on me, kudos for making it so much harder. Also thank you Danne William Dutcher for being the worst speaker I've ever heard in my life. Just a few tips, don't speak about yourself at someone else's memorial so much to the point where the daughter of the deceased had to walk out as you're speaking to prevent myself from violently throwing up in disgust. Completely unprofessional. Thanks for pronouncing our family members names wrong(as we pronounced them to you correctly the meeting a few days prior) & putting the family on the spot by calling our names out loud in front of everyone to come and speak. Poor services rendered & making my family more distraught over our lose. If you are unfortunate enough as my family was to have picked this place please MAKE SURE your loved ones ashes are in fact in the jewelry before you leave even if you are ensured by said person they are filled.
Thank you.Added August 16, 2016 by Sierra Smith
